Easysmsshop.com provides 3 days money back guarantee in case we failed to give you what had committed at our EASYSMS System.
Easysmsshop.com do not provides any refund in case the customer simply change his mind or wrongly judged our services/solutions. Easysmsshop.com advise to all customers to test our services before sending any payment.
Easysmsshop.com do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done or services been setup.
Refund / Cancellation Process
- To raise a refund request, please email us at billing@easysmsshop.com or call us +852 5745 6361 within thirty (30) days of completing your new order.
- Customers need to clearly mention the Reason for refund.
- Customer need to send the copy of Invoice at billing@easysmsshop.com.
- Eligible Refunds will be provided on pro-rated basis.
- Refund will only be provided in case of paid orders.
- All payments to Easysmsshop.com are Non-refundable in case delays/non-delivery of services occurs due to issues at the end of mobile telecom operator.
- Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method, such as PayPal, credit card, debit card, online banking or others, within 5 to 15 days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
- Processing charges @ 8% shall be deducted out of the refundable amount.
